China Securities' (SHA:601066) unit, CSC Financial (International) Holdings, agreed to provide a guarantee worth 743 million yuan for a 700 million yuan bond issued by its subsidiary, CSCIF Hong Kong, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Wednesday.
The bond, which has a three-year term, is part of a $4 billion medium-term bond program.
