中国社科院财经战略研究院研究员、中国社科院大学教授李勇坚表示年轻主力消费群体对“快”的要求、对即时享用和满足的期待日益高涨“快”成为一种超越商品本身的服务需求体验。区别于传统远场电商“所见即所得”以即时零售为代表的服务型电商强调“可送才可买”精准匹配了对时效更加敏感的年轻用户。最近不少用户发现以前外卖平台主要用来买吃的买喝的现在闪购平台不光能买菜化妆品、护肤品都能买到并且快速送达即时零售品类日益丰富。数据显示过去3年生鲜、医药、鲜花等品类的复合增长率达45%超过餐饮。比如淘宝闪购上线不足一个月日单量即突破4000万单;今年“618”期间美团闪购60余类商品成交额翻番手机、白酒、奶粉、家电等高价商品整体增长2倍近850个品牌成交额倍增。(经济日报)。
