阿里巴巴(09988.HK) 旗下菜鸟公布，升级欧洲国家间跨境物流解决方案，目前支持35个欧洲国家之间互发电商快递，覆盖99%的欧洲国家及地区，实现“泛欧 3 日达”，平均每公斤可节省1至2欧元。
菜鸟在西欧地区推出覆盖西班牙十大核心城市的首公里揽收和直发服务，商家无需送仓，即可将包裹直发西欧全境；在东欧及巴尔干地区则以菜鸟匈牙利仓为核心，陆运网络可辐射东欧10多个国家。同时，菜鸟支持客户自主配置“到门配送”或“自提柜服务”两种提货方式。
