瑞银发表研究报告指，财政司司长陈茂波日前宣布，政府正与中央机构研究放宽内地来港人才调配资金在港买楼限制，同时，民建联倡议参考互联互通的做法，推出购房资金通。该行指出，如果措施得以落实，或对香港房地产行业带来积极影响，内地买家需求上升或有助于缓解楼价和库存压力。 该行表示，虽然购房资金通政策仍需讨论，因此预期不会很快推出计划。不过，如果计划启动，相信在大湾区内进行试点计划的可能性更大。然而，任何政策更新都可能释放因美国加息而被压抑的本地需求。该行对部分香港发展商保持正面看法，包括恒基地产、信和置业、新鸿基地产和嘉里建设。
