【财新：消息人士称京东、蚂蚁或许很难出现在首批稳定币牌照名单上】金色财经报道，据财新网披露，有接近稳定币牌照申请人的消息人士告诉财新，随着监管细则落地，香港稳定币热潮将有所消退，尤其应用场景主要为跨境支付的非金融机构申请人，或因难以实现监管要求的“核实每一个持币人的身份”的安排，主动放弃在早期阶段参与。这也意味着，前期大热门如京东、蚂蚁这样的互联网平台，或许很难出现在首批牌照名单上。此外，中信集团通过香港的子公司信银国际联合了一些机构，意在申请首批稳定币牌照。有业内人士表示，中银香港是香港的三大发钞行之一，如果发行稳定币，有先天优势，也能让两地监管者安心。
