2025年上半年，本集团坚持“社区央厨”的战略定位，通过多渠道、多场景的布局，线上线下相结合的方式，深入发掘消费者需求，开发迭代产品组合，提升门店运营管理能力，完善会员生态建设等举措，形成了全方位的即时零售门店网络。门店数量从2024年6月30日的9,660家门店增长至2025年6月30日的10,400家门店，覆盖全国31个省、自治区及直辖市。
基于对下沉市场的深入理解，本集团在乡镇市场的门店开拓也取得了不俗表现，于2025年上半年净新增270家乡镇门店。新乡镇门店，在产品结构和门店陈列等方面均有别于标准的社区门店，更好地满足了乡镇市场的消费者需求。为了更好地服务诸如夜宵等在家吃饭的消费场景，本集团亦推出了24小时无人零售门店的新店型，并于2025年上半年完成了超过两千家零售门店的智慧化、无人化改造。
