南方财经8月2日电，记者获悉，礼来公司公布了其TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2三期临床研究的长期扩展（LTE）结果，证实了阿尔茨海默病早期干预的长期价值。数据显示，接受记能达（多奈单抗注射液）治疗的研究参与者相比阿尔茨海默病神经影像计划（ADNI）数据库中的外部未经治疗的队列，疾病进展显著减缓，且该获益在三年间持续增强。在研究中，较晚开始治疗的研究参与者仍然从接受记能达治疗中获益。然而，与延迟治疗组相比，早期使用记能达的研究参与者，其疾病进展至下一阶段的风险显著降低。相关数据在多伦多举办的2025年阿尔茨海默病协会国际会议（AAIC）上发布。（21世纪经济报道）
