Capinfo Company (HKG:1075) has entered a three-year framework agreement with connected unit Capinfo Technology to provide and receive IT services, including software development, cloud resources, and system maintenance, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
Shares of the company were down about 5% in Friday's recent trade.
The agreement runs through 2027 with annual caps of 20 million yuan for services provided by Capinfo and 12 million yuan for those received.
