智通财经APP获悉，曹操出行(02643)涨超6%，高见44.95港元创上市新高。截至发稿，涨6.14%，报44.95港元，成交额4257.99万港元。
公开资料显示，曹操出行为吉利集团孵化的网约车平台：2016年底获网约车运营许可，截至2024年12月，业务覆盖全国136个城市。2022年推出智能纯电动定制车型，目前在31个城市部署超3.4万量定制车。此外，2025年2月在苏州、杭州试点Robotaxi服务，公司目前正与吉利集团合作开发L4级Robotaxi定制车，预计2026年底推出。
中信建投证券研报指出，随着公司逐步拓展更多城市，进一步增加来自地图、本地服务等聚合平台的订单，公司有望提升市占率。同时，公司背靠吉利汽车，积极拓展自动驾驶技术，有望受益于头部车企的整车制造能力和Robotaxi大规模商业化运营带来的成长性。
