比推消息，据 Techub 记者实地报道，在香港稳定币条例正式实施的第一天，包括 One Satoshi 一宗在内的部分香港加密货币 OTC 线下门店因担心违反监管要求而暂时歇业。但也有部分 OTC 线下门店选择继续营业。部分选择继续营业的店铺经营者认为，在海外发行的非香港法定货币（例如 USDT）的 OTC 行为并不在条例监管范围之内。
