智通财经APP讯，越疆(02432)公布，董事会于2025年8月4日审议和批准实施H股全流通的建议，即拟将公司若干股东所持有的公司19,688,106股境内未上市股份(内资股)转换为公司的H股(H股)，占于本公告日期本公司已发行股份总数约4.65%(H股全流通)。完成有关备案并取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会备案)及符合所有适用法例、规则及条例后，该等内资股将转换为H股。公司亦会向联交所申请批准该等H股在联交所主板上市及买卖。
于本公告日期，公司尚未就H股全流通及转换及上市分别向中国证监会及联交所提出申请、公司有关H股全流通及转换及上市的实施计划的细节尚未落实，而H股全流通及转换及上市仍须满足中国证监会、联交所及其他有关监管机构的其他相关程序规定后方可完成。
