ARCL Organics' (BOM:543993) consolidated net profit increased to 39.9 million Indian rupees in the fiscal first quarter from 27.7 million rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.
Earnings per share for the quarter ended June 30 climbed to 4.99 rupees from 3.46 rupees a year earlier.
The resins company's revenue from operations increased year on year to 673.4 million rupees from 599.3 million rupees, the filing said.
Shares of the company went up 3.7% at market close.
