智通财经APP讯，中国银行(03988)发布公告，2025年6月27日，本行2024年周年股东大会选举高美懿(亦称梁高美懿)女士为本行独立非执行董事。自2025年8月1日起，高美懿女士就任本行独立非执行董事，同时担任本行董事会人事和薪酬委员会主席及委员、风险政策委员会委员、关联交易控制委员会委员。高美懿女士的董事任期为三年。
