智通财经APP讯，东软睿新集团(09616)发布公告，预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月集团将取得：公司拥有人应占利润较截至2024年6月30日止六个月同期下降约20%-30%;公司拥有人应占经调整纯利较截至2024年6月30日止六个月同期下降约20%-30%。
董事会认为公司拥有人应占利润及公司拥有人应占经调整纯利下降主要由于以下原因：(i)成本及费用的增加，主要因为：集团为打造“教医养康旅”一体化发展的业务新生态，实现发展战略上的转型和升级，于2024年5月31日集团完成对东软健康医疗管理有限公司(东软健康医疗，连同其附属公司统称为“健康医疗集团”)的收购，健康医疗集团的财务业绩于本期间全部并入集团;及集团为推进战略转型和升级而在其他康养相关业务上加大投入;(ii)教育科技产品的交付时间延后而导致教育资源输出业务收入减少;及市场变化导致生源减少而使得继续教育服务收入减少。
