Joyful Honda (TYO:3191) said it revised its internal control policy, effective August 1, to enhance group governance, risk management, compliance, and audit functions, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Changes include establishing a risk and compliance committee, reinforcing subsidiary oversight, and improving whistleblower protections and auditor support.
