InspireMD's Gary Roubin Acquires 7.3% More Stock

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that Gary Roubin, who is a company insider, recently bought US$100k worth of stock, for US$2.42 per share. Although the purchase is not a big one, increasing their shareholding by only 7.3%, it can be interpreted as a good sign.

InspireMD Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Gary Roubin is the biggest insider purchase of InspireMD shares that we've seen in the last year. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$2.69. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
