智通财经APP讯，豆盟科技(01917)发布公告，预期(i)截至2025年6月30日止六个月的收益将约人民币1800万元至人民币1900万元，而去年同期的收益约为人民币2020万元;及(ii)截至2025年6月30日止六个月的净亏损将约人民币1150万元至人民币1250万元，而去年同期的净亏损约为人民币410万元。
公告称，集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合中期业绩预期收益减少及净亏损增加主要由于：(1)为增强长期竞争力，集团加速从品牌代运营向产业链上游延伸，强化供应链自主可控能力及自有商品矩阵建设，自有品牌的产品研发和市场拓展投入加大，导致经营成本阶段性上升，且短期内尚未进入全面收益转化期，致使公司利润承压;及(2)公司计提财务资产预期信贷损失，导致亏损额增加。
