China Come Ride New Energy Group Ltd. has announced a further delay in the publication of its 2025 Annual Results and the corresponding Annual Report. The delay has resulted in a continued suspension of trading in the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective since July 2, 2025. The company is working closely with auditors to complete the audit, which is expected to be finished in approximately a month.
