金吾财讯 | 芯片股集体走高，华虹半导体(01347)涨6.41%，上海复旦(01385)涨4.96%，美佳音控股(06939)涨4.44%，中芯国际(00981)涨3.20%，ASMPT(00522)涨3.07%，贝克微(02149)涨2.04%，中电华大科技(00085)涨1.41%。消息面上，近日，英伟达算力芯片被曝出存在严重安全问题。依据《网络安全法》《数据安全法》《个人信息保护法》有关规定，国家互联网信息办公室于2025年7月31日约谈了英伟达公司，要求英伟达公司就对华销售的H20算力芯片漏洞后门安全风险问题进行说明并提交相关证明材料。对此，英伟达回应称，旗下AI芯片不存在允许远端存取或控制的“后门”。开源证券指出，此次事件是中美科技博弈的缩影，短期虽将抑制国内互联厂商资本开支投入，但长期倒逼中国AI产业构建“技术-安全-生态”三位一体的自主可控体系，有望推动行业更稳定、健康地发展。
