智通财经APP讯，环球实业科技(01026)公布，于2025年8月1日，公司间接全资附属深圳市环业环球科技有限公司(买方)与卖方广州市锦城房地产发展有限公司订立框架协议，据此，买方(或买方可能指定的该公司另一间附属公司)拟以不超过人民币2.6亿元的指示性代价(以合同为准)收购目标物业，拟透过现金、承兑票据、股权、可转换证券或其组合方式结算。根据框架协议的条款，该公司须向卖方(或按卖方指示)支付可煺还诚意金人民币1亿元。
根据框架协议，卖方拟向买方出售的目标物业包括位于中国广州市越秀区农林下路4号及6号的东山锦轩现代城商业综合体地库一楼(全层)、一楼(部分位置)、四楼(部分位置，包括夹层楼面)、五楼(部分位置)及六楼(部分位置)，总楼面面积约8,900平方米的零售及商业物业。商场座落于广州市黄金地段，连接广州地铁一号线及六号线的交汇处东山口地铁站。广州地铁其中一个出口连接商场的地库一楼，另有两个出口连接商场一楼。
公告称，公司一直在寻找能够为集团提供稳定租金收入的土地物业投资机会。公司认为，倘框架协议拟进行的建议收购事项得以实现，将为公司提供增强其收入来源及房地产组合的机会。
