Patronus Resources (ASX:PTN) found gold mineralization during a recent drilling at its Cardinia gold project's several prospects in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The results were up to 12 meters at 12.41 grams per tonne grade of gold at Guppy prospect and five meters at 2.98 g/t gold from 64 meters from X15 prospect.
Both the Guppy Prospect and Royals Projects are part of a joint venture agreement with Golden Mile Resources (ASX: G88), with Patronus approaching the Stage 2 earn-in milestone to earn 80%.
The company said follow-up programs are being planned and are scheduled to start in the third quarter of the year.
