消息面上，此前证券时报报道，证券投顾行业严监管态势持续。根据证监会在7月披露的最新信息，证监会在7月披露的最新数据显示，截至今年6月底，已经有24家证券投顾机构或证券投顾机构分公司被监管采取暂停新增客户措施。其中，不乏投顾行业知名的机构，比如江苏百瑞赢证券咨询有限公司、慧研智投科技有限公司旗下3家分公司、北京天相财富管理顾问有限公司山东分公司、湖南爱赢证券投资顾问有限公司广州分公司等。
