Foresight News 消息，《金融时报》刊文称，据了解，近期有纳税人收到了税务部门通知，告知其需要依法办理境外所得申报并缴纳相应税款。中国已参加国际间金融账户涉税信息自动交换制度，也就是 CRS。这是经济合作与发展组织（OECD）开发的全球税务信息自动交换标准。利用 CRS 可以获取居民个人境外金融账户相关数据，通过与个人所得税申报数据比对，税务部门能够精准发现居民是否存在少报境外收入的行为。记者关注到，今年 3 月底，湖北、山东、上海、浙江等地税务部门发布了对取得境外所得未依法申报个税的纳税人开展风险应对的案例。
