Kodiak Gas Services (KGS) will replace NV5 Global (NVEE) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective before the opening of trading on Aug. 6, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Friday.
Acuren (TIC) is set to acquire NV5 Global in a deal expected to close soon, the market research and indexing firm said.
