智通财经APP获悉，东京中央拍卖(01939)再涨超15%，年内最大累计涨幅近1900%，截至发稿，涨11.14%，报8.88港元，成交额4316.92万港元。
消息面上，7月4日，东京中央拍卖宣布，公司董事会建议将公司中文名称由“东京中央拍卖控股有限公司”更改为“上善黄金国际控股有限公司”。据悉，今年5月，金雅福董事长黄仕坤实控的ESSA FINANCIAL及其一致行动人，收购香港主板上市公司东京中央拍卖。6月20日要约收购完成后，ESSA持股比例达66.83%，黄仕坤董事长成为东京中央拍卖的实际控制人。
值得注意的是，今年3月，金雅福集团旗下上善智能成功完成上亿元A轮融资，由信银投资独家领投。本次融资将主要用于技术升级，渠道建设和全球商业化。2024年，基于上善智能成熟的智能回收终端和购买终端，金雅福推出了创新的“智慧金店”商业模式。截至2025年6月，“智慧金店”已覆盖北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都、西安、长春等全国近100个核心城市，入驻超30个高端商圈体系。
