智通财经APP讯，金涌投资(01328)发布公告，于2025年8月1日，公司全资附属公司Redwood通过于联交所进行市场上交易以代价总额约230.9万港元(不包括交易成本)进一步收购31.5万股圣贝拉(02508)股份，即约每股圣贝拉股份7.3286港元。
经考虑收购事项，于2025年7月28日至2025年8月1日(包括首尾两日)期间，Redwood以代价总额约1382.3万港元(不包括交易成本)收购合共183万股圣贝拉股份，即约每股圣贝拉股份7.5536港元。
该等收购事项后，集团持有合共183万股圣贝拉股份，占于本公告日期圣贝拉已发行股份总数约0.29%。
公司及其附属公司(统称“本集团”)主要从事提供投资管理服务业务及策略直投业务。集团恒常对具良好声誉兼商业潜力的公司进行投资。集团对圣贝拉的财务表现及未来前景持正面看法。因此，公司认为，圣贝拉作为中国领先的产后护理和修复集团，其还提供家庭护理服务和满足女性需求的食品，符合集团的投资标准，并符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
