协合新能源(0182.HK)公布截至2025年6月30日止六个月中期业绩，集团持续经营业务收入14.00亿元，较去年同期降低6.6%；集团权益持有人应占溢利2.82亿元，归母净利润率为20%；基本每股盈利3.58分。截至2025年6月30日，集团资产净值为89亿元；每股净资产为1.11元。 2025年上半年，集团继续布局全球重点市场，项目开发能力持续增强。其中，在中国境内新获取风电投资项目（年度建设指标）600MW，在中国以外地区获取152.5MW光伏项目和300MW储能项目。项目开发过程中，多维联动集团的电厂运维、 设计、 咨询、电力交易等专业服务业务，新签的电厂运维及设计咨询外部客户合同额增长显著。
