智通财经APP讯，富卫集团(01828)发布公告，招股章程所述超额配股权已由联席全球协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)于2025年8月1日部分行使，涉及合共500.14万股股份，相当于行使任何超额配股权前全球发售项下初步可供认购发售股份总数的约5.48%。
超额配发股份将由公司按每股股份38.00港元发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于促使部分归还稳定价格经办人摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司或其联属人士根据借股协议向PCGI Holdings借入的用于补足国际发售中超额分配的1370.13万股股份。
此外，全球发售的稳定价格期间已于2025年8月1日结束。
