IT之家 8 月 3 日消息，任天堂官方周五发文，提醒 Switch 和 Switch 2 玩家应避免在高温环境下使用，因为在 5-35°C 之外的环境中使用可能会导致设备故障。
任天堂表示，日本多地气温已飙升至 35℃以上，超过了设备推荐的使用温度阈值。鉴于北半球其他地区也出现了类似高温，所有玩家都应注意 Switch 2 是否存在过热问题。
与原版 Switch 类似，任天堂 Switch 2 在检测到过热时会先显示警告信息，随后进入睡眠模式。
除户外阳光直射下的使用场景外，Switch 2 在主机模式下性能释放也会比掌机模式更强。另外，Switch 2 底座虽内置风扇，但却仅能用于底座本身的散热，所以也有部分玩家选择搭配散热背夹使用。
截至目前，IT之家暂时没有看到关于 Switch 2 因过热而“变砖”的报道，但有证据显示过热环境可能导致电池膨胀。
任天堂还指出，低于 5℃的低温环境也会对 Switch 2 造成伤害，极端寒冷可能导致敏感组件和塑料部件受损。
