　　亚洲金融（00662）发布公告，公司董事会注意到，最近公司的股份于香港联合交易所有限公司的价格及成交量出现不寻常波动。

　　公司经作出在相关情况下有关公司的合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉有任何原因导致股份价格或成交量出现有关波动，亦不知悉有任何资料必须公布以避免股份出现虚假市场，且亦无任何须根据《证券及期货条例》（香港法例第571章）第XIVA部披露的内幕消息。

　　董事会亦确认，公司的业务营运维持正常，而公司及其附属公司的业务营运及财政状况亦无发生任何重大变化。
