BlockBeats 消息，8 月 2 日，BitMine 新任董事长 Lee 表示，传统金融机构正在越来越多地买入加密货币——稳步而低调。他提到，以太坊区块链的原生币 ETH 正从华尔街推动的“代币化”中受益，因其在法律明确性和技术可靠性方面具备优势。“以太坊从未宕机过。这对银行来说很重要”他说。
BitMine 目前持有 62.5 万枚 ETH，资产总额接近 28 亿美元，几乎没有负债。Lee 同时确认了一项 10 亿美元的股票回购计划，并重申了公司“希望累计持有以太坊总供应量 5%”的目标。
比特币方面，目前价格为 113,576.36 美元，也正在成为机构投资者定期买入的标的。Lee 认为，如果美联储货币政策发生转向——尤其是在未来几个月开始降息——比特币可能会飙升至 25 万美元。Lee 表示，基于以太坊网络的基本面估值，他认为 ETH 的合理价格为 15,000 美元，而当前价格为 3,700 美元。他坚持认为，真正的故事是机构采用正在被严重低估。
