智通财经APP讯，未来数据集团(08229)发布公告，于2025年6月9日，本公司接获原债券持有人黄振修先生(黄先生)就向独立第三方国洪京先生(国先生)转让可换股票据而发出的转让表格(转让表格)。其后，可换股票据已转让予国先生。
于2025年7月31日，本公司接获国先生发出的转换通知，内容有关行使可换股票据随附的转换权以按转换价0.5港元将本金额200万港元的可换股票据转换为400万股转换股份(转换)。因此，于2025年8月4日，400万股转换股份(占紧接转换前已发行股份总数约0.73%及经转换后发行转换股份扩大的已发行股份总数约0.73%)已根据可换股票据的条款及条件，根据相关一般授权配发予国先生。
