据每经，近日，“2025阿尔茨海默病协会国际会议（AAIC）”在加拿大多伦多召开，跨国制药巨头礼来在会上公布了去年获批新药——记能达（通用名：多奈单抗注射液）三期临床研究的长期扩展（LTE）结果。数据显示，相比阿尔茨海默病神经影像计划（ADNI）数据库中外部未经治疗的队列，接受记能达治疗的研究参与者的疾病进展显著减缓，获益在三年间持续增强。更值得注意的是，与延迟治疗组相比，早期使用记能达的研究参与者，其疾病进展至下一阶段的风险显著降低27%，这意味着早筛早诊仍是破解这一老年病治疗困局的关键。
