Microvast Chief Financial Officer Carl Schultz has departed roughly three months after starting in the role.

Schultz ceased to be employed on July 29, the battery maker said Friday, without giving additional details.

He started in the role in late April, succeeding Fariyal Khanbabi. He was making a base salary of $420,000, according to a separate filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

He previously served as chief financial officer of Air Liquide's North American business starting in 2022.
