Visionary Metals Corp. has outlined its strategic focus on discovering new domestic gold and nickel deposits in Wyoming, specifically targeting the untapped Central Wyoming greenstone belts. The company has been exploring this area since 2020 and achieved the first nickel discovery in the state's history at King Solomon in 2022. Visionary has identified a large geologic target area along the Archean greenstone belt, with widespread nickel mineralization on a 1km x 600m target and a 4.3km by 150m nickel-bearing ultramafic intrusive at Tin Cup. The company is conducting preliminary environmental, archaeological, and mineralogy studies with permits in place for drilling. Visionary has established a strategic exploration alliance and equity financing with Teck Resources, which includes a C$1.2M initial investment for a 9.9% interest. The funds from this investment will be allocated towards regional EM surveys, fieldwork, and drill program planning. A contingent equity investment may follow, subject to project grant funding commitments. The exploration program for 2025 includes regional VTEM surveys for target delineation and a potential drill program. You can access the full presentation through the link below.
