<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL">苹果</a>供应商<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/00710">京东方</a>或被列入中国军事企业清单路透旧金山8月1日 - 一项最近被纳入美国庞大国防支出法案的措施，如果获得通过，将要求五角大楼评估苹果公司AAPL.O的一家显示屏供应商是否应被列为中国军事企业。
被列入该名单并不会阻止相关企业在美国开展业务，但未来几年将禁止其参与美国军方供应链。
这项法案名为《国防授权法案》，已于7月获得美国国会两院关键委员会的批准。由于该法案为美军提供资金，被视为“必须通过”的立法，预计将在今年晚些时候成为法律。
当美国众议院军事委员会批准该法案时，新增的一项修正案首次要求美国国防部考虑是否应将京东方科技集团00725.SZ--苹果官方供应商名单上的一家公司--列入涉嫌协助中国军方的企业名单。
京东方和苹果均未回应置评请求。
华盛顿智库“捍卫民主基金会”的中国问题专家Craig Singleton表示，北京向京东方等企业提供了数十亿美元的补贴、税收优惠和贷款，以帮助其在全球面板生产领域占据主导地位。
Singleton补充道：“这造成了单一来源的脆弱性，在与北京发生冲突或双边紧张局势加剧期间，可能被轻易利用来干扰或削弱美军行动，更不用说破坏商业供应链。”(完)
