Cousins Properties Q2 FFO, Revenue Rise; 2025 Guidance Boosted

Cousins Properties (CUZ) reported Q2 funds from operations late Thursday of $0.70 per share, up from $0.68 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.69.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $240.1 million, up from $213 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $243.6 million.

The company now expects full-year 2025 FFO of $2.79 to $2.85, up from $2.75 to $2.83 expected earlier. Analysts expect $2.80.

The company also acquired a 292,000 square foot lifestyle office property in Dallas for $218 million.
