工商银行明确：带头整治“内卷式”竞争
工商银行日前召开2025年党建暨年中经营管理工作会议，会议分析了该行上半年经营情况，安排了下半年经营重点工作。要求落实落细稳经济各项存量和增量政策，坚持产品客户对位，带头整治“内卷式”竞争，有效防范化解重点领域风险，稳固经营基本盘。要紧跟实体经济和货币金融领域趋势变化，持续拓展资产负债表的内涵与深度，不断提升服务质效、培育发展新动能。
值得关注的是，在市场竞争激烈、指标考核严格的当下，金融业“内卷式”竞争备受市场关注。近期，金融业“反内卷”持续升温，多地金融监管部门与行业协会相继发声，整治“内卷式”竞争。
广东金融业率先提出“反内卷”，并发布自律公约。广东金融监管部门近日已印发银行业、保险业“内卷式”竞争负面清单，指导行业协会研究制订反不正当竞争自律公约，推动行业治理迈入制度化、规范化轨道。平安银行广州分行第一时间积极响应，于7月22日召开2025年年中工作会议暨反“内卷式”竞争宣导会议，推进落实反“内卷式”竞争工作。
