TERMINATION OF HEADS OF AGREEMENT - DBC & DGCC
PARTIES HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH AGREEMENT ON A NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING COMMERCIAL ISSUES
WILL RETAIN 50% STAKE IN DESTINATION BRISBANE CONSORTIUM AND ITS 1/3 EQUITY INTEREST IN DESTINATION GOLD COAST CONSORTIUM
MUST REPAY A$10 MILLION OF PROCEEDS IT RECEIVED FROM JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS
MUST REIMBURSE ANTICIPATED A$31 MILLION TO JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS
STAR WILL CONTINUE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS SHARE OF FUTURE EQUITY CONTRIBUTIONS TO DBC, ESTIMATED TO BE A$200 MILLION
