　　导语：中远海控董秘肖俊光2024年薪酬大降近50%，但仍以297.5万的年薪，高居业内第二。

　　董秘作为连接投资者与上市公司的“桥梁”，在上市公司资本运作中发挥着关键作用。新浪财经《2024年度A股董秘数据报告》显示，2024年A股上市公司董秘薪酬合计达40.86亿元，平均年薪75.43万元。

　　分行业来看，A股和新三板交通运输行业（申万一级）进入统计的上市公司共299家，董秘薪酬合计金额9375万元，平均年薪约83.70万元，中位数约72万元。

　　行业内，董秘薪酬前10位的上市公司分别为建发股份、中远海控、上港集团、渤海轮渡、顺丰控股、中远海能、招商港口、中远海发、安通控股和招商轮船。

　　值得注意的是，中远海控董秘肖俊光2024年降薪296.6万元，幅度高达50%，但仍以297.5万元的年薪上榜，并高居业内第二。
