Viridis Mining and Minerals Ltd (ASX股票代码:VMM) 股价异动，周三飙涨13.00%。

VMM最新价1.13澳元，已发行股本8622万股，市值9743万澳元。

Viridis周三披露，最新配售计划获大幅超额认购，最终以每股0.91澳元发行价成功募集1150万澳元，其中包括巴西著名资产管理公司JGP Asset Management承诺提供的500万澳元基石投资。

不久前Viridis曾宣布与巴西两家投资集团签订具有约束力的谅解备忘录，将获得最高可达3000万美元（4600万澳元）的战略投资。

VMM旗下巴西Colossus项目定位为中国以外少数有望实现垂直一体化运营的稀土项目之一，项目JORC资源量为4.93亿吨，总稀土氧化物（TREO）品位2,508ppm，磁性稀土氧化物（MREO）品位601ppm，探明和推定类资源达3.29亿吨。

Viridis董事总经理Rafael Moreno表示，近期各项利好进展意味着Colossus项目已到达加速开发的关键转折点。近期募集的资金将确保公司从最终投资决定（FID）直至早期执行阶段都将拥有充足资金支持。

截止一季度末Viridis账面现金结余254万澳元。

今年以来VMM涨幅达242.42%。
