据财新网，李嘉诚家族控制的长江和记实业拟出售旗下43个国际港口的交易再生风波。两个待售的长和旗下公司运营的巴拿马港口，近日遭巴拿马政府总审计长办公室发起诉讼，随后巴拿马总统穆利诺（Jose Raul Mulino）公开表示，若当地法庭判决港口经营权续约合同无效，巴拿马政府将回收经营权，拟转为公私合营。
