Frontier Digital Ventures (ASX:FDV) appointed Shiao Chan as chief financial officer (CFO), effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Chan will succeed outgoing CFO Jason Lau, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 6% in recent Thursday trade.
