智通财经APP获悉，心脏成像软件供应商Heartflow(HTFL.US)于上周五公布了其IPO条款。这家总部位于加州山景城的公司计划以每股15至17美元的价格区间发行1250万股股票，筹资2亿美元。按照拟议发行价区间的中间值计算，Heartflow完全摊薄市值将达到14亿美元。
Heartflow提供一种非侵入性解决方案，用于诊断和管理冠状动脉疾病(CAD)。截至2025年3月31日，Heartflow平台已用于评估超过40万名患者的冠状动脉疾病，仅2024年一年就有13.2万名患者接受了评估。这款创新平台利用人工智能和先进的计算流体动力学技术，构建患者心脏的个性化3D模型，并提供关于血流、血管狭窄、斑块体积及斑块成分的可操作见解。
Heartflow成立于2007年，截至2025年3月31日的12个月营收为1.36亿美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“HTFL”。摩根大通、摩根士丹利和Piper Sandler是此次交易的联合承销商。该公司预计将于8月4日当周确定发行价格。
