华光源海公告，公司拟以现金方式购买湖南汉牛物流科技有限公司51%股权，交易价格为人民币1020万元。本次交易不构成重大资产重组，不构成关联交易。标的公司2024年经审计的资产总额为2648.85万元、资产净额为580.02万元、营业收入为8143.28万元。华光源海2024年度经审计的合并财务会计报表期末资产总额为9.66亿元，期末净资产总额为4.48亿元，营业收入为20.77亿元。本次交易完成后，标的公司将成为华光源海的控股子公司。
