Fire Rock (HKG:1909) expects an attributable loss of around HK$18.2 million for the first half of 2025, compared with an attributable profit of HK$6.8 million a year prior, a late Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the game developer were down 2% in Friday afternoon trading.
The firm attributed the forecast to the higher amortization of intangible assets for a mobile game, a provision for impairment loss on intangible assets, and a rise in staff costs.
