CosmoSteel (SGX:B9S) lost its free float after the offer to buy out the company received valid acceptances for more than 90% of its entire shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Following the loss of the free float, trading in the company's shares will be suspended, and the offeror 3HA will compulsorily acquire all the remaining offer shares, following which it will delist the company.
