中集集团：将继续围绕提质增效稳发展
8月1日，中集集团（000039/02039）发布公告，2025年7月公司参与了投资者关系活动。
公司表示，公司未来在经营上将继续围绕提质增效稳发展、构建增长新动能的战略主题，通过低效资产出清、增强回报率、促进新兴战略业务发展等举措，推动高质量增长；同时也将结合实际经营情况及市场环境，认真研究各类市值管理手段，综合统筹施策。
公司业绩增长主要得益于集装箱制造延续了2024年底接到订单的交付，同时受益于2024年同期较低基数。同时，外汇衍生品损失显著下降，这是由于套保策略优化带来的积极影响。
公司还提到，公司海工板块主要业务包括以FPSO、FLNG为主的油气装备制造，以海上风电安装船为主的海上风电装备建造，以及滚装船等特种船舶制造，符合海洋强国建设在深水、绿色、安全等高新技术领域的方向。
2025年一季度，中集集团实现收入360.26亿元，归母净利润5.44亿元。
