雅居乐(03383.HK) 早前已作出行动计划，以减轻其流动性问题及解决无法表示意见事宜。集团最新指，目前已完成其境外债务概况的审查、境外债务类别的划分，并一直透过外聘法律及财务顾问积极与各不同类别债权人接洽，以推进重组进程，目前预计于第三季度提交初步重组方案，并争取在2025年底前与其境外多数主要债权人达成一致。
集团提到，一直积极与多家金融机构就延长借款到期日进行磋商。自2025年4月29日至今日(4日)，已同意延长本金额约4.72亿元人民币(下同)的借款到期日。集团同时推出回款专项激励方案，以鼓励员工积极追踪并确保及时收回所得款项。集团正在磋商收回尚未收回应收款项。自2025年4月29日至今日，集团已收回约7.64亿元。
另外，集团指已就当地政府回购八个涉及商品房单位的项目与当地政府进行接洽。目前尚未订立具有约束力的协议。在成本控制措施方面，集团于2025年第一季度减少行政成本约1.59亿元，较2024年同期减少34.2%。(ha/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-04 16:25。)
