Latitude 66 (ASX:LAT) is set to start exploration activities at its Piastri project in Western Australia, which is considered prospective for shear-hosted gold-antimony mineralization, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Geophysical target areas and interpreted parallel structures at the tenement will be tested with first-pass soil sampling in the September quarter.
The firm's shares fell 7% in recent trading on Tuesday.
